Establishment of a new regional marketing company in Singapore
To achieve KITZ Global Vision 2020, the long-term management project of KITZ group operations, a new sales office will be established in Singapore. This subsidiary office will have a purpose to expand KITZ business in ASEAN economy zone and also providing support to the distributors in the area.

KITZ Corporation acquired Perrin GmbH
KITZ Corporation (KITZ) has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% share of Perrin GmbH (Perrin), a leading manufacturer of metal seated ball valves.

KITZ Distributors Conference 2005 (Shanghai, China)
PT. Sinar Mas Sakti has participated in the 2005 KITZ Asia & Middle East Distributors Conference in Shanghai, China. In this event, we were invited to visit KITZ factory in Jiangsu Kunshan.
At the end of the event, former CEO of KITZ Corp., Mr. Kimio Kobayashi, handed the award to us for an achievement and promotion of KITZ products in Indonesia.
KITZ Valve & Actuator Seminar (Kobuchizawa, Japan)
PT. Sinar Mas Sakti has attended KITZ seminar of pneumatic & electric actuators. The 3 days long seminar has made PT. Sinar Mas Sakti a certified company in the installation of KITZ Pneumatic & Electric Actuators application. As part of the agenda, we are also invited to visit KITZ main factory in Ina and KITZ head office in Chiba, Japan.
KITZ Distributors Conference 2003 (Bangkok, Thailand)
PT. Sinar Mas Sakti has participated in the 2003 KITZ Asian Distributors Conference in Bangkok Thailand. In this event, we were invited to visit KITZ factory in Amatankorn and Bangplee.
At the end of the event, former CEO of KITZ Corp., Mr. Kimio Kobayashi, handed the award to us for an achievement and promotion of KITZ products in Indonesia.
KITZ Corporation acquired TOYO Valve
KITZ Corporation had acquired all TOYO Valve Production & Marketing Operation. Kitz Material Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Kitz Corp. took over the valve business from the former Toyo Valve Co., Ltd., and renamed itself Toyo Valve Co., Ltd.
